The Bank of Alania has agreed to present the banknote at a specialized event in Holland.
In South Ossetia, the currency unit will be presented as part of the First International Economic Forum.
Chairman of the National Bank of the Republic of South Ossetia Soslan Bekoev discussed the promotion of the South Ossetian banknote with the founder of the Zemlyakov Papermoney.pro company Alexey Zemlyakov.
The company carries out the assessment, purchase, sale, grading of bonistic and numismatic material.
"The National Bank will present its first banknote on September 19 as part of the First International Economic Forum. We would very much like this banknote to be known not only in South Ossetia and Russia, but also for it to be presented as widely as possible at the specialized global venues and exhibitions. Your experience and the scope of your activities are impressive. The National Bank expresses great interest in cooperation with your company," Bekoev has noted.
According to Zemlyakov, the release of the first national banknote is important not only for the country, but also for the entire world involved in the art of money circulation and banknote collecting.
"Our work will allow us to present your country and display its history. We will make a beautiful presentation of the banknote at the large-scale exhibition in Holland.
The Maastricht Numismatic and Bonistic Exhibition is a place where professionals, collectors, investors, and dealers from all over the world gather.
This is the largest event for all banknote collectors. Closed events, deals, and discussions of new projects are held here for seven days. And there is also trade and exchange. The Maastricht Numismatic and Bonistic Exhibition is the best place where we can present the first banknote of South Ossetia," Zemlyakov said.
Soslan Bekoev has noted that the presentation in Holland will take place almost simultaneously with the presentation in South Ossetia.

The Chairman of the National Bank expressed the wish that the banknote would participate in other exhibitions and representative forums.
He has also said that the Bank of Alania plans to issue banknotes of other denominations.
“After the first banknote, the denomination of which is 100 zarin, in the following years it is planned to issue the entire line. I think collectors find it interesting to have the entire line. Therefore, we will be glad if all these banknotes appear at the status exhibitions,” the Chairman of the National Bank said.
A collector and dealer, the founder of the company Zemlyakov Papermoney.pro said that September 20 in Holland was only the beginning, then exhibitions in Asia and America will follow.
“Two events every month. The final event of the year is the exhibitions in Beijing and Hong Kong. By that time, the whole world will know about the banknote from South Ossetia. And our task will be to provide all those interested with this collectible banknote in time. I think that by the end of the year we will see corresponding responses from all over the world. Through the banknote, one can reveal the soul and identity of the people. And this is actually an object on which, despite its small area, one can reflect the history of the country. And by issuing banknotes of different denominations, you tell more and more about your country," Alexey Zemlyakov said .
