The delegation of the South Ossetian Emergencies Ministry is taking part in the VI All-Russian Conference of Representatives of Emergency Rescue Services and Formations in Dagestan.
According to the press service of the department, the South Ossetian delegation has included Deputy Ministers Germagen Tedeev and Ruslan Sanakoev, as well as the head of the search and rescue service Alan Chekhoev.
The conference "Conducting Rescuer Service in Modern Conditions, Practice and Technology" will be holding from 19 to 20 August.
It is planned that foreign delegations from the Republic of Belarus, Kazakhstan, Abkhazia and others will attend the event.
In addition, representatives of the State Duma, the Federation Council, the Presidential Executive office of the Russian Federation, federal executive bodies, authorities of the regions of the Russian Federation, as well as more than 250 heads and commanders of emergency rescue services and formations from all over Russia will participate in the conference as the invited guests.
The event will include the exhibition demonstration of emergency rescue equipment, modern rescue equipment and protective equipment, demonstration exercises of emergency rescue units of the Republic of Dagestan, plenary sessions, etc.
The event is organized by the All-Russian public organization "Russian Union of Rescuers" together with Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Dagestan.
