A business seminar was held in the capital of South Ossetia, bringing together entrepreneurs from the Chelyabinsk Region and representatives of the Republic's business community. The event, organized by Ministry of Economic Development of South Ossetia, aims to strengthen direct business contacts between the regions and promote mutually beneficial cooperation.
Opening the seminar, Minister of Economic Development Sarmat Kotaev emphasized the special role of the Russian Federation as the Republic's main strategic partner. He has noted that this is not the first large-scale event aimed at establishing business ties.
"We have already held large-scale events this year – the first economic forum 'South Ossetia: Investment Horizons' – and, continuing to build our business ties, today a second business mission has arrived in our Republic."I believe that all of today's presentations and thematic sessions will be aimed at enabling cooperation between entrepreneurs from the Republic and those from the Chelyabinsk region. I hope that this format of communication will be developing in the Republic, as the Republic faces very large-scale, ambitious goals through 2030," he said.
Representatives from the Chelyabinsk region presented their business projects.
Following the presentations, the discussion between the business representatives continued in a roundtable format, during which the parties discussed further cooperation.
