South Ossetian President Alan Gagloev expressed condolences to the Kherson Oblast Governor Volodymyr Saldo following the terrorist drone attack that had taken lives.
"On behalf of people of the Republic of South Ossetia and on my own behalf, I express my deepest condolences to you and all residents of the Kherson region in connection with the horrific terrorist attack by the Ukrainian Armed Forces drones on the café and hotel in Khorly on the New Year's Eve," the condolence telegram reads.
This act of cruelty, which claimed the lives of more than 20 civilians, including a child, evokes strong condemnation and profound outrage, the President has noted.
"The use of the incendiary mixture by one of the UAVs is particularly alarming, demonstrating the cynical and inhumane nature of this crime.
