At the recent round of the Geneva Discussions on security in Transcaucasia, one of the traditional topics was the current situation on the state borders of South Ossetia and Abkhazia with Georgia. State Advisor to President of South Ossetia Konstantin Kochiev told the media.

"Despite certain statements from the Georgian party the situation is stable. There are no particularly threatening incidents. Although it would be wrong to say that nothing at all is happening. Drone flights and border violations have been observed, and they occur quite frequently. Naturally, it is impossible not to respond to this," Kochiev has noted.

The next round of the Geneva Discussions is scheduled for the end of June.⠀
