Today`s Session of the Parliament of South Ossetia has unanimously approved a decision of the Presidium of the legislative body on the establishment of the Commission for giving political and legal appraisal of the actions of Georgia against South Ossetia in August 2008.
As pointed out by Stanislav Kochiev during the discussion of the issue, the Commission would also carry out the appraisal of the actions of Georgia against South Ossetia in summer 2004.

During the current session of the Parliament the deputies of the Parliament of South Ossetiahave observed a minute of silence in tribute to the memory of the Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez, who deceased the night before.

During the today's meeting Presidium of the Parliament of South Ossetia decided to establish a commission on giving political and legal appraisal of Georgia's aggression against South Ossetia in August 2008. The Commission, consisting of 20 members, has included leaders of all parliamentary committees, representatives of the presidential administration, law enforcement agencies and the Cabinet. The Commission is headed by the Parliament Speaker Stanislav Kochiev.

In Ossetia must be implemented the projects of the All-Russian importance actual for Eurasia. Their implementation in addition to nice bonuses as jobs and contracts to the Ossetian companies will solve the main problem: the infrastructure unity with Russia and the future Eurasian Union, impossibility of the political and physical separation of Ossetia, the inability to return to the past. During the last week the FSS border guards of Russia in South Ossetia detained two persons who had violated the border for the household purposes.
