I live at International Street in Tskhinval. That awful night, from seventh to eighth of August, I was at home. Because of tension reigned in the town I had earlier sent my children to North Ossetia. Early in the morning my husband went to his work. I was alone when the explosions were resounded at night.

The Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of South Ossetia in the Republic of Nicaragua Narim Kozaev has handed over the credentials to the President of the Republic of Venezuela during his official visit to the Republic of Nicaragua. As Meliton Kazity has informed the news agency "Res", during the trip to Transdniestria the South-Ossetian delegation was received by the President of the Trans-Dniester Moldavian Republic Igor Smirnov. «The issues of cooperation between the two republics have been discussed during the meeting. Our delegation has initiated to update the agreement on recognition of independence of Transdniestria by South Ossetia and Abkhazia, signed in 2006. We consider that now after the recognition of independence of South Ossetia by Russia this agreement should move on to the new level», - Kaziev has noted.
The RSO and the Russian Federation Chambers of Commerce and Industry are planning to conclude an agreement. It has been reported to the news agency "Res" by the President of the RSO Chamber of Commerce and Industry Roin Kozaev. «The ceremony of signing the document will take place on September, 20, 2011 in Tskhinval in Day of the Republic Declaration.
The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) in the near future intends to start building of the water passage in the settlement Satikar (South Ossetia). It has been reported to the news agency "Res" by the engineer of water supply and improvement of living conditions department of the ICRC Vladimir Verchenko. As he has said, at present the water passage project is in the stage of approval.
