At the international Forum "Great Heritage - Common Future" in Volgograd, the South Ossetian Parliament reached the agreements on preparing a cooperation agreement at the level of parliamentary committees. First Vice Speaker of the Parliament Zita Besaeva told the media about this.

"This Forum provided the opportunity to communicate with delegations of other parliaments and agree on interaction. In particular, agreements were reached with the delegation of Abkhazia on the preparation of the inter-parliamentary treaties. It is very important for countries that have the same history, the same process of moving towards independence, to have common ground and help each other," she added.

Besaeva also noted promising cooperation with Belarus, with which friendly relations already exist. According to her, similar interaction is expected with the Parliament of Belarus.
