"It demonstrated Venezuela's unwavering commitment to the fundamental principles of equality and self-determination of peoples, thereby laying a reliable foundation for strategic partnership and trusting political dialogue between our countries," the letter says.
Akhsar Dzhioev has also sent a congratulatory message to Ambassador of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela to the Republic of South Ossetia, Jesus Rafael Salazar Velasquez.
