The main result of the Geneva Discussions on security and stability in Transcaucasia is that hostilities have not resumed for 17 years, the UN Co-Chair Hailu Mamo stated at the briefing in Tskhinval.
"And this is, in part, a credit to the IPRM format. This is not about the mechanism itself, but about the contribution of all the negotiating participants," Mamo has noted.
He emphasized the contribution of three international organizations to the Geneva Discussions: the OSCE, the UN, and the EU.
