Chairman of the National Bank of South Ossetia, Soslan Bekoev, held a working meeting at the T1 IT holding, the financial institution's press service reported.
"Soslan Bekoev and the T1 CEO Dmitry Kharitonov have has discussed cooperation and agreed to continue the work, which included a business trip for the company's IT specialists to South Ossetia, as well as the internship for Bank of Alania employees at the T1," the press service has noted.
The cooperation between the National Bank of South Ossetia and T1 is primarily related to the migration from the processing center of Zolotaya Korona CJSC to Multikarta LLC, which is also a division of the T1 IT holding, the department noted.
"For over 20 years, Multikarta has been contributing to the successful development of banks by providing reliable and modern services for business.
The transition to this system is being implemented in accordance with the instruction of President of the Republic, Alan Gagloev, to expand the functionality of the National Bank cards," the press service has emphasized.
The Multikarta processing center will provide the card users with the reliability and security of all operations, the bank has added.
"The Multicarta specialists completed the first stage of work in South Ossetia in the summer of 2025. The infrastructure audit was conducted, and the action plan was drawn up for the development of Bank Alania's IT department," the press service shared.
The IT holding T1 is a leader in the Russian IT market and a partner of the key IT manufacturers and developers.
