The signing of the consultations plan is another significant milestone in the cooperation between our ministries, Oleg Bartsits, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia, said at the meeting following the signing of the bilateral document with the Foreign Ministry of the Republic of South Ossetia.
"As you have rightly noted, Akhsar Muratovich, we have already a lively dialogue; this document outlines our joint plans and aspirations within the framework of our alliance and partnership," Bartsits has noted, addressing Acting Foreign Minister of the Republic of South Ossetia Akhsar Dzhioev.
He has emphasized that Abkhazia and South Ossetia intend to continue their constructive cooperation.
"We have been consistently and purposefully developing our partnership and alliance with the Russian Federation." We feel the support of Russian missions abroad and the central office of Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in particular, Sergey Lavrov.
