Acting President of South Ossetia Marat Kambolov sent a telegram of condolences to the head of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, following the tragedy in Nizhnekamsk, which claimed the lives of civilians.
This morning, a drone attack on Nizhnekamsk killed 13 people, wounded at least 75, a day of mourning has been declared in the republic.
Kambolov has noted that it is especially hard to realize that a child is among the victims
"There are no words that can ease the pain of parents and loved ones at such a moment. On behalf of the people of South Ossetia, I ask you to convey words of sympathy and support to the families of the victims," the Acting President haswritten.
Marat Kambolov wished all the victims a speedy recovery and emphasized that "in this difficult time, South Ossetia is mourning with Tatarstan."
