South Ossetian President Alan Gagloev signed a decree on awarding the Order of Uatsamonga to Radislav Khugaev (posthumously).
The decree was signed by the head of state on June 26 and published on the official website of the President.⠀
“For courage and heroism shown in the performance of military duty during the special military operation, award the ORDER OF UATSAMONGA to Sergeant Radislav Vadimovich Khugaev (posthumously),” the text of the decree says.
