The liberation of Minsk from Nazi occupation as a decisive step towards the complete liberation of the Republic of Belarus has forever become a symbol of the newfound freedom, revival and independence.
This is stated in the congratulation of President of South Ossetia Alan Gagloev to the head of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko on the connection of celebration of the Independence Day.
Gagloev has emphasized that this holiday symbolizes the inextricable connection of generations of the country's people, unites the historical memory of the origins, military exploits and glory, labor achievements, modern achievements and successes of the people of Belarus.
"Modern Belarus is a sovereign state confidently moving along the path of progress and self-determination, developing relations of friendship and mutually beneficial cooperation with many countries of the world. Noting with satisfaction the interaction between Belarus and South Ossetia, we look forward to developing our cooperation relations,” the President’s congratulation reads.
Gagloev wished Lukashenko good health, new impressive successes in his state activities, and peace, well-being and prosperity to the entire Belarusian people.
