A working meeting between Minister of Internal Affairs of South Ossetia Erislav Mamiev and acting Minister of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation Igor Zubov took place in Moscow. This was reported by the press service of the South Ossetian department.
“During the meeting, current issues of operational and service activities were discussed, as well as the implementation of the previously signed bilateral agreements and international treaties aimed at ensuring the security of citizens of both states and strengthening the legal framework for interdepartmental cooperation,” the report says.
Following the meeting, a number of agreements were reached regarding further joint work, the Interior Ministry has emphasized. In addition, specific measures have been developed aimed at implementing the tasks set.
