The South Ossetian delegation, headed by Foreign Minister Akhsar Dzhioev, took part in the farewell ceremony for the Republic's Ambassador to Abkhazia Oleg Botsiev, the press service of the Foreign Ministry reports.
"On behalf of the Republic's President, Alan Gagloev, the delegation expressed deep condolences to the family and friends of Oleg Botsiev," the press service has noted.
President of Abkhazia Badra Gunba, Russian Ambassador to Abkhazia Mikhail Shurgalin, Vice-President of Abkhazia Beslan Bigvava, Prime Minister of Abkhazia Vladimir Delba and other officials of the country, Chairman of the Union of Volunteers of South Ossetia Moris Sanakoev, the Ossetian Diaspora of Sochi, representatives of the public, friends and colleagues came to pay last tributes and last respects to Oleg Botsiev.
