A memorial event dedicated to the 21st anniversary of the Beslan school tragedy was held in Istanbul.
The event was organized by the Ossetian Diaspora in Turkey.
The participants honored the memory of the victims, lit candles and observed a minute of silence as a sign of grief for the 334 victims, including 186 children.
In the atmosphere of silence and grief, were heard the words of solidarity, sympathy and reminders of how important it is to maintain peace and do everything possible to ensure that such tragedies never happen again.
Representatives of the Ossetian Diaspora emphasized that despite the distance and time, the memory of Beslan is alive in hearts and will be passed on to future generations.
