The Foreign Ministers of South Ossetia and Russia, Akhsar Dzhioev and Sergey Lavrov, signed a Consultation Plan between the Foreign Ministries of the two countries for 2026-2027.
The document was signed during the working meeting between Dzhioev and Lavrov in Sochi on Wednesday.
The Consultation Plan provides for the coordination of high-level and senior-level visits within the framework of interstate cooperation, enhanced cooperation between the foreign ministries of the two countries in the area of information support for foreign policy activities, and the organization of joint conferences, cultural, and sporting events.
