South Ossetian Foreign Minister Akhsar Dzhioev and South Ossetian Ambassador to the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela and Nicaragua Narim Kozaev took part in the celebration of the 216th anniversary of the signing of the act of independence of Venezuela.
This was reported by the Republic's Foreign Ministry.
The event took place on April 17 in Moscow.
The ceremony was attended by Denis Dolgushev, Advisor to the South Ossetian Diplomatic Mission to the Russian Federation, diplomatic corps accredited in Moscow, representatives of the Russian Foreign Ministry, as well as the public and friends of the Bolivarian Republic.
