The South Ossetian delegation took part in a roundtable discussion with the heads of foreign government agencies (organizations) responsible for the enforcement of court decisions.
The event was held at the 2026 St. Petersburg International Legal Forum (SPILF).
Alan Dzhioev, Acting Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Justice of the Republic of South Ossetia, Vadim Dzhagaev, Chief Bailiff of the Republic of South Ossetia, represented South Ossetia at the roundtable discussion.
The topic of the event was "Tempora Mutantur: Adapting Enforcement Agencies to New Realities."
The participants discussed adapting enforcement systems to modern challenges, the implementation of AI, and the development of international cooperation in the context of a fragmented legal framework.
