Delegation of South Ossetia took part in the third national forum of heads of the health system institutions. As IA "Res" has been informed at the press service of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of South Ossetia, "members of the South Ossetian delegation,represented by Minister for Health Gregory Kulidzhanov, Presidential State Adviser on Social Affairs Rodion Siukaev and Assistant Minister for Health Akhsar Zassev took part in the round table discussions on the themes ''The Central Regional Hospital Management '', ''The Key Development Issues of the Pediatric Medicine Institutions '' and ''Hospital Management : Practice and Solutions''.
Tomorrow, November 27 a regular meeting of the Mechanisms for Prevention and Reaction to Incidents (MPRI will be held at the Georgian village of Ergneti, which is bordering on South Ossetia.
By the end of November the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) will complete the implementation of the projects of water supply system in the villages of South Ossetia, planned for 2012.
South Ossetian President Leonid Tibilov has received the representatives of the Russian public corporation "Gazprom" - Director of the Department of Capital Construction and Contract Works of the public corporation "MRK Engineering" Alexander Bart, Head of Strategic Planning Department "Gazprom Neft" Sergey Vakulenko and an engineer of the pipeline project "Dzuarikau-Tskhinval" Nikolay Stupin.
During the meeting the President has noted that the pipeline "Dzuarikau-Tskhinval" is of great importance to South Ossetia.

Twenty-three years ago, November 23, 1989 on the outskirts of Tskhinval was stopped a march of tens of thousands of the Georgian extremists, organized by leaders of the nationalist movements, through complicity of the authorities of Georgia. The march to Tskhinval was aimed at intimidating the Ossetians that would have to be followed by their expulsion from the territory of South Ossetia. That plan of the Georgian nationalists was thwarted, however, those November days were a prologue to the long struggle of the people of South Ossetia for the right to life, liberty, and human dignity.
The round table discussion on "Prospects for ensuring a favorable investment climate in the Republic of South Ossetia", organized by the Republican political party "Unity" has been held in Tskhinval. The discussion on the state investment policy, perfection of legislation on improving the investment climate and attracting foreign investment in the economy of South Ossetia was attended by public and political figures of the Republic.
Georgia's new authorities announced their intention to cooperate with the authorities of South Ossetia, Abkhazia and Russia. This has been declared at the briefing in Tskhinval by the OSCE spokesman - the future co-chair of the Geneva discussions Andriy Deshitsiya.
"Yesterday we met with the new representative of the Georgian side, who announced the intention to continue working in the format of the Geneva discussions, as well as to cooperate with the authorities of South Ossetia, Abkhazia and Russia", - said Deshitsiya.
According to him, the meeting also dealt with the possible steps to strengthen security and stability in the region.
November 20 co-chairs of the Geneva discussions on security and stability in Transcaucasia paid a working visit to the Republic of South Ossetia. In Tskhinval the delegation was received by representatives of leadership of the Republic of South Ossetia, led by the RSO Presidential Envoy for post-conflict settlement Murat Dzhioev.
A meeting of co-chairs of the international discussions on security in Transcaucasia with members of the South Ossetian delegation at the Geneva talks is under way in Tskhinval.
Opening the meeting, the head of the delegation of South Ossetia, Presidential Envoy for post-conflict settlement Murat Dzhioev has recalled yesterday's trip of the co-chairs to Leningor district where they had the opportunity to see how people live after the war in August 2008.
"This trip was very important. You have seen that people in the region live in peace, and there are no any ethnic conflicts there. People want to live in peace ", - said the envoy.
