Tonight, at 6:45 a.m., the four cars "UAZ" with the Georgian special services, roughly 15-16 persons, having driven to the village Kvatetri of Znaur region of South Ossetia Republic, have opened fire on the village from the automatic weapon and the machine gun.
On March, 14th the meeting of the co-chairman of the south-ossetian part of JCC Boris Chochiev with the assistant of the head of the Mission of OSCE in Georgia Mr.Veselin Nikolaev and the head of the Tskhinval office of the Mission of OSCE Mr.Bozhidar Dimitrov took place. The questions of the forthcoming meeting of the co-chairmen of JCC in Istanbul were discussed at the meeting. The meeting will be held under the initiative of the mission of OSCE.
The increase of intensity around South Ossetia Republic causes serious concern of the deputies of the Parliament of South Ossetia Republic. The crisis situation that has recently developed in the georgian-ossetian relations is the direct consequence of the policy carried out by the Georgian authorities.

Today in Tskhinval under the presidency of OSCE takes place the session of the Organizational Committee. The donors also take part in the meeting, including the representatives of Euro commission, the European Union, Turkey and the United States of America, together with the representatives of the georgian, the south-ossetian, the Russian and the north-ossetian parties.
The Georgian mass-media have spread the information, that the Georgian side has developed new suggestions with the purpose of a full-scale settlement of the conflict in South Ossetia. In the capital of South Ossetia Republic, in Tskhinval, took place the meeting of the co-chairmen of JCC on settlement of the georgian-ossetian conflict, of Boris Chochiev from the south-ossetian party and Merab Antadze from the Georgian party.
The Georgian side artificially continues creating intensity in the zone of the georgian-ossetian conflict. So, late at night yesterday, on the way through the Georgian settlements the illegal Georgian posts have tried to detain Boris Chochiev, the co-chairman of JCC from the south-ossetian party, having a diplomatic immunity. Boris Chochiev went to Dzhava region and was accompanied by the peacemakers and the military observers.

On March, 4th, approximately at 20:00pm, the Georgian side has subjected to massed shelling the ossetian village Pris and the post of the law enforcement bodies of South Ossetia Republic, located nearby.
