A memorandum of cooperation between the parliaments of the Republic of South Ossetia and Kabardino-Balkaria has been signed in the capital of South Ossetia.
For the South Ossetian part the document was signed by Speaker Stanislav Kochiev, for the part of the Republic of Kabardino-Balkaria - by Speaker Anuar Chechenov.
South Ossetian President Leonid Tibilov has received the parliamentary delegation of the Republic of Kabardino-Balkaria, led by Speaker Anuar Chechenov. The meeting was attended by Speaker of the Parliament of South Ossetia Stanislav Kochiev, the first Vice-Speaker of the RSO Parliament Jury Dzitstsoity, members of the legislative body of Kabardino-Balkaria.
On May 28, South Ossetia will be marking the Day of the South Ossetian diplomacy - 21 years ago it was established the Foreign Ministry of the Republic. May 28-29, 1992 at the session of the Supreme Council was formed the first Council of Ministers of the Republic of South Ossetia.
