Representatives of the VTB Bank visited the national exposition of South Ossetia at the international food exhibition Prodexpo-2025.

Due to the proper resource, management of South Ossetia and Russia managed to resolve many important issues within the framework of the three-year state program, - Deputy Minister of Economic Development Dmitry Volvach said in Tskhinval at the meeting on socio-economic cooperation between the Russian Federation and the Republic of South Ossetia.

He particularly highlighted the successful work on reforming customs legislation.

"We managed to make key decisions that lay a powerful foundation for the development of the Republic's own finances," the Deputy Minister said.

South Ossetia has managed to establish cooperation with large credit institutions of Russia, - Deputy Minister of Economic Development Dmitry Volvach said at the meeting on socio-economic cooperation between the Russian Federation and the Republic of South Ossetia.

He summed up the results of joint work over the past year, noting significant achievements in attracting investment and developing the economy.

Volvach expressed confidence in the successful implementation of ambitious tasks thanks to the joint work and a high level of trust and professionalism of the parties.

South Ossetian Prime Minister Konstantin Dzhussoev expressed gratitude to his Russian colleagues for their support and noted the faithless of the meetings with the Russian delegation.

Dzhussoev noted the importance of joint work on solving urgent problems for the Republic at the meeting in Tskhinval on the issues of socio-economic cooperation between the Russian Federation and the Republic of South Ossetia.

As part of the work on the Republic's socio-economic development program, there are specific results, almost all key indicators have been achieved, Alan Gagloev said at the meeting with Deputy Minister of Economic Development of Russia Dmitry Volvach.

A delegation of Ministry of Economic Development of Russia headed by Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation Dmitry Volvach and representatives of federal executive bodies and departments is expected to arrive in South Ossetia on Wednesday. The National Museum of South Ossetia is preparing for the 80th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War.

As reported to IA Res by director of the National Museum Merab Zasseyev, a large-scale reconstruction and modernization of the military glory department is planned for the anniversary date.

According to the director, the updated exhibition will meet modern museum standards.
