South Ossetia participated in Nicaragua's Homeland Week Celebration

South Ossetia's Ambassador to Nicaragua, Narim Kozaev, took part in the opening ceremony of Nicaragua's Homeland Week celebrations, dedicated to the 204th anniversary of the Independence of the Central American countries and the 169th anniversary of the Glorious Battle of San Jacinto.

Kozaev received the invitation from the Nicaraguan Embassy in Russia.

Solid foundation for bilateral relations: South Ossetian Foreign Ministry on the Treaty with Russia

The fundamental principles of the Treaty of Friendship, Cooperation, and Mutual Assistance between South Ossetia and Russia, further developed with the signing of the Treaty of Alliance and Integration, fully reflect the historical traditions of friendship and good-neighborliness between the two peoples and serve as a solid legal basis for the stable development of the South Ossetian-Russian relations.

This was stated in the message by the South Ossetian Foreign Ministry in connection with the seventeenth anniversary of the signing of the Treaty.

The Nicaraguan delegation will arrive in Tskhinval for the Republic Day celebrations

The Nicaraguan delegation will participate in the celebrations marking the 35th anniversary of the proclamation of the Republic of South Ossetia.

This was announced by Co-President of the Republic of Nicaragua Rosario Murillo.

According to her, the delegation will be led by Foreign Minister Waldrak Ludwing Jentzke Whitaker.

South Ossetia will host celebrations on September 20 to mark the 35th anniversary of the proclamation of the Republic. Numerous guests from friendly countries are expected to arrive in Tskhinval.
