Marat Kambolov expressed condolences to Rustam Minnikhanov following the tragedy in Nizhnekamsk
Acting President of South Ossetia Marat Kambolov sent a telegram of condolences to the head of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, following the tragedy in Nizhnekamsk, which claimed the lives of civilians.
This morning, a drone attack on Nizhnekamsk killed 13 people, wounded at least 75, a day of mourning has been declared in the republic.
