One of the most titled wrestlers from South Ossetia, Arseniy Dzhioev, will be participating in the European Championship among adults in Bratislava, Slovakia. The athlete himself told IA Res about this.

The major sporting event will be held from April 7 to 13. The championship will bring together the best wrestlers of the continent, who will compete for medals and rating points in three styles: freestyle, Greco-Roman and women's wrestling.

More than 450 athletes from 29 countries will be taking part in the competition, who will compete in 30 weight class.

Russian compatriots of South Ossetia virtually handed over the "Victory Bouquet" of 73 carnations to the Russian compatriots in Algeria as part of the International Patriotic Action for the 80th Anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War.
