President of South Ossetia Alan Gagloev awarded the highest state award - the Order of "Uatsamonga" to Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev "for outstanding services in repelling Georgia's aggression", as well as his personal contribution to affirmation of the independence of the Republic.
