"This most important date in the history of Venezuela embodies the will of the Venezuelan people for freedom and independence.

Prime Minister of South Ossetia Konstantin Dzhussoev presented state awards to representatives of the Russian Interior Ministry, the press service of the law enforcement agency reports.

"Dzhussoev received the head of the Main Directorate of the Russian Interior Ministry for the North Caucasus Federal District Sergei Bachurin, the head of the Interior Ministry for North Ossetia Demyan Laptev and director of the ICC Vasily Shepelev," the press service has noted.

In the history of the heroic people of Venezuela, the day of the Signing of the Declaration of Independence became a symbol of the eternal values ​​of freedom, national unity and faith in justice, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of South Ossetia Akhsar Dzhioev said in the congratulatory message to his Venezuelan counterpart Ivan Gil Pinto on the occasion of the national holiday.

"On this day - July 5, 1811 - Venezuela was united into a single state for the first time, marking the beginning of a new historical era of state building.

In Moscow, on Friday, a meeting between South Ossetian President Alan Gagloev and First Deputy Chief of Staff of the Russian Presidential Executive Office Sergei Kirienko took place.⁣⁣⠀

At the initiative of the Georgian delegation a clause calling on the Syrian authorities to withdraw their recognition of the independence of South Ossetia and Abkhazia was included in the final declaration of the 32nd session of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly held in Portugal. The South Ossetian Foreign Ministry commented on the adopted declaration, regretfully noting Georgia's unwillingness to accept the political realities existing in the Transcaucasia region.

Young people from South Ossetia took part in the International Youth Forum "Eurasia Global", which was held in Orenburg.

As one of the participants of the event, leading specialist of the Committee on Youth Policy and Sports of the Republic Alexander Valiev told the "Res" news agency, representatives of 53 countries of the world, including 82 regions of Russia, had taken part in the large-scale Forum.

A working meeting between Minister of Internal Affairs of South Ossetia Erislav Mamiev and acting Minister of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation Igor Zubov took place in Moscow. This was reported by the press service of the South Ossetian department.

The liberation of Minsk from Nazi occupation as a decisive step towards the complete liberation of the Republic of Belarus has forever become a symbol of the newfound freedom, revival and independence.
