The serviceman of the 4th military base of the Russian Federation stationed in South Ossetia, military doctor Vladimir Kuleba was awarded the Order of Courage by the decree of the President of Russia. Vladimir Kuleba graduated from the Tskhinval School No. 3, studied at the Tskhinval Medical School.

From 2006 to 2008 he was serving in the Peacekeeping Forces in the zone of the Georgian-Ossetian conflict.
