Prime Minister of South Ossetia Konstantin Dzhussoev presented state awards to representatives of the Russian Interior Ministry, the press service of the law enforcement agency reports.
"Dzhussoev received the head of the Main Directorate of the Russian Interior Ministry for the North Caucasus Federal District Sergei Bachurin, the head of the Interior Ministry for North Ossetia Demyan Laptev and director of the ICC Vasily Shepelev," the press service has noted.
Addressing the guests, the Prime Minister has noted that the Center has been successfully operating for 9 years, ensuring constructive interaction between the internal affairs agencies of South Ossetia and Russia and increasing the effectiveness of the fight against crime.
"He thanked the Russian law enforcement officers for their activities aimed at strengthening law and order and ensuring the safety of citizens of both countries," the press service has noted.
On behalf of President Alan Gagloev, Konstantin Dzhussoev presented the state awards to representatives of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for their services in strengthening cooperation between the law enforcement agencies of the Republic of South Ossetia and the Russian Federation.
The meeting was also attended by Russian Ambassador to the Republic of South Ossetia Marat Kulakhmetov, Minister of Internal Affairs Erislav Mamiev, his Deputies, the head of the criminal police Atsamaz Sagkaev and the head of the public safety police Gennady Laliev.
